The cleaning team did an ok job. They were 3 hours late vs. agreed time and the hotline never called back or contacted me when I followed up. I had a window of time arranged with Blujay, but got a call in the morning to move it ahead an hour. My wife rearranged some things and were here at the new time, but the guy showed up 2 hours late. Furthermore, he had only been told that he would be power walking the deck. I had told Thumbtack that the deck and the house were to be done. I had told Thumbtack that it was a three story house, but the guy showed up without a ladder. The deck and first floor were fine, but the second floor was spotty. When I called Blujay, they took my information and told me I would be hearing from "The crew". No return call from "The crew". I called back and gave the same info again, still no call back. We had a dismal experience with BluJay. We were promised a crew at noon. We got one person at 4:00 pm. That person performed very poorly and my partner dismissed her after very little work was done due to a glaring problem.
