Patrick and 2 other men worked very hard, although they came later than originally planned because they scheduled my move too close to the one before it and barely got any sleep in between. The move from a 4-bedroom house to a 2-bedroom condo took 12 hours, which made for a very long day and the only thing broken was my most prized possession, my piano. The right pedal (which you cannot do without) was broken off and one key no longer releases. I am trusting they will compensate me for whatever it costs to replace the pedal and fix the broken key I am aware of. I hope nothing more is broken that I have not discovered yet. Unfortunately for them, Patrick came out with a broken toe from the piano landing on it, as well as parts on my piano getting broken. Ugh! I learned from the experience to hire piano movers to move a heavy upright like mine and let regular movers do the rest, because everything else was delivered in tact. They were very nice, polite young men, but should not spread themselves so thin as to put two moves a very few hours apart without the rest they needed in between. But, other than that, everything went well.
