- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes. I charge a flat rate for the first hour and for a set number of images. That price for the first hour varies depending on the type of session I am doing i.e. Newborn vs. family portraits.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will communicate with my client via email, text or phone and get a sense of what they are looking for (location, style, etc). Once we have agreed upon a date and location I will email them a contract to sign. After the session I will give them their edited high res images via Dropbox.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
