As a former D1 athlete with ample training experience I was reluctant to seek out a personal trainer. While at first, only interested in knowing my body fat percentage, I decided to meet with Kyle to discuss my goals and what I was hoping to accomplish. I was bored with my routine and results. Kyle quickly assessed my capabilities and challenged my previous methods. My goal was to transform body composition while revitalizing my routine. We agreed to a four week trial. Kyle customized a four-week program to include Weights, Cardio, and Nutrition. He also provided useful apps and information regarding nutrition and the management of calories. All of this was available to me in real-time while working out. I followed the program exactly and achieved outstanding results!!! We agreed to another four week cycle. If I disliked a particular lift or needed a change Kyle was able to quickly provide alternatives solutions and modify the program instantly to reach the same desired goals. After I got to know Kyle a bit this process would gradually evolve to the ongoing seamless, interactive program. The results were immediate! I feel great; have more energy; am stronger; all while creating better symmetry and balance. Overall, Kyle was able to provide a tailored, flexible, and interactive coaching experience that greatly helped me to achieve my goals. I moved here from California about a year ago and have tried many trainers and I personally like TJ's style the best. He is similar to the trainer I had in California. TJ is a real personable guy. Great Gym, Great Follow up, Great prices! I've been dedicated to fitness my entire life and recently decided I wanted a change of pace to step up my performance in the gym. Jill has extensive knowledge of(and firsthand experience with)a variety of autoimmune diseases and debilitating injuries; she is living proof that you can work around any health condition to achieve your fitness goals. She is always encouraging, motivating, and inspiring. Jill truly cares; not only about helping you reach your fitness goals, but making sure you cross the finish line safely and injury free! She takes time to listen to your likes/dislikes and custom builds workouts tailored to your specific needs. The workouts are incredibly detailed, easy to follow(step-by-step pictures included), and FUN! Jill switches it up constantly so it never feels like you are just repeating the same tired old routine. You can definitely do the workouts at home with great success. You dont have to buy a whole bunch of special equipment either, which is awesome if youre living on a budget. Jill also includes a nutritional component with her training that is wonderful! Her recipes prove that healthy eating can be delicious. All of her recipes are easy to follow, inexpensive to prepare, and so full of flavor you will have a hard time believing that its good for you!
