Robert is an out of town property mgmt company managing a local investor rehab. I regret taking this job without before/after photos. It was post construction which we have seperate equipment and cloths for with our sanitary process. The place was absolutely a mess. The contractors left debris everywhere---paint cans, nails, screws, boxes, scrap, material, dropped paint on surface areas new or expected to remain after the construction. Each window had paint all over the window & frame, the bathtub & brand new shower had thinset, paint, glue & dirt carelessly left all over the tub. The tub and shower had to be scrubbed, rinsed and detail scraped literally about 10 times. The home is only 1200 sq ft. It was our 2nd job of the day after finishing a 3K sq ft deep clean that morning. The 3k sq ft job took 3.5 hrs with 3 cleaners. Robert's 1200sq ft job took 4 hrs to clean. It 30-40 mins just to gather the material and debris left around before we can gain access to the surface areas. On top of that & astonishingly, Robert had a local partner that showed up 3hrs in for a walkthrough. Robert & his partner were on speaker phone walking the premises complaining about the time it was taking. So much so that I asked if they wanted us to stop. I asked multiple times and they wanted us to continue. In further communication he admitted having problems with the contractor in the job. They then took 3 days to pay the invoice. If I had taken before/after photos the work would speak for itself. We did an excellent job on this unit and I'm very disappointed the way this project was handled.
