- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price our hourly jobs with a minimum of 2 cleaners sent each visit. We have options for sending 3 cleaners for certain jobs. See our "why ProSparkle" pg on our website to see the Value we bring vs others. Its really great value!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We want to communicate in some form (phone call, email, text etc). We ask that someone is present to walk through 1st cleaning only-preferred but not required. We always follow up to ensure the work was completed as expected. If there is anything needing further attention then we come back out for free. We believe that great service is when performance meets or exceeds expectations. Most customers want us back for recurring cleanings so at the end of our process we find the best day for service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Staff is trained internally and on the job. Existing staff as of Oct 2018 has over 20 years cleaning experience in residential and commercial. 2 of our staff members has a background in hospital sterilization.
