Let me start with how I found Sustainergy Coop in the first place. I entered my information with an internet advisor service that submiited my information to companies and stated that I would receive calls back from at least three companies to bid the work. I received a call from Flequer within an hour of posting, still waiting for the others.... I mention this because it is relavent to the review and the character of the folks at Sustainergy. They are hard working honest people that make sure you get full value for every dollar paid to them. They are not afraid to take on challenging work. They will give you multiple solutions to solve your issues without pressuring you on your decision to do all or part of their recommendations. They are highly skilled and adapt quickly to the needs of the job at hand. They continuely strive to improve upon their services provided by asking what they can do better and by answering questions that arise no matter how tough. It has been a great experiance working with them and I know from the comfort level of my home upon completion that their work speaks for itself. Flequer, Lindsey, Chris, Tim and Samir thank you for a job well done. You are all good people!!

(NO SALES PREASURE TECHNIQUES) - Assessment takes about 30 to 45 mins. -Customer generally receives quote within 24 hrs or on the spot. -Offer financing if necessary. - Help customer assess the scope of the work. -Schedule the install. - Follow up call to insure customer satisfaction
