I am really impressed by Mary’s approach to training. She works you to your limit and despite the exhaustion you feel, you know that you’ll improve your fitness, strength, and endurance if you stick with her. Out of the 7 trainers I have worked with in my training journey, locally, nationally, and overseas, Mary is tied at first.Jul 15, 2020Verified
Mary was great! She had me sweating last weeks vacation in 5 minutes. This was my first time working with a female trainer and one that was not part of a big box gym and needless to say I won't every be doing the latter again. Thanks for your time. Best, Chris.Feb 25, 2020Verified
Mary is a great trainer. Her passion for helping her clients accomplish their fitness goals shows in her constant communication, her creativity through her workout outs, and her knowledge of fitness. I have been working with Mary for about two years now, and look forward to continuing growing in my fitness journey alongside herJun 5, 2020
Mary is an awesome person to work with. She is always in a cheerful mood and great attitude for training. This is incredibly helpful for motivating me when we are in a session. She is very knowledgeable when it comes to teaching me new things and how they can help me improve my body. She is always prepared and ready for each session we have with new exercises to keep each session interesting. Even on days where I have some issues, she will create a new workout based on what my needs are for that day. Overall, she is a fantastic personal trainer!Jul 19, 2019

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I do ask that clients pay for the sessions month by month, rather than weekly or daily. This not only helps me keep a steady income, but it also holds you accountable to make it to every session.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I like to get to know each client on a personal level. It’s important to understand what motivates someone and what their overall goals are. With the first session, I typically do a full body routine so you can get to know my training style. If you aren’t currently active, we will start slow and gradually work our way up into heavier weights and compound exercises. I love writing about fitness, so if you’re someone who truly wants to understand the techniques of exercising and anatomy of the body, I have plenty of information I can share or send to you. My goal is to teach you as much as possible so that you’re able to create your own routines after 6-12 months.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?NCCPT, ACSM Certified
