Matt is great!
I’m very new to boxing and recently found Matt and couldn’t be any more happy with my decision!
He did a great job of breaking down the basics for me and helping me elevate my skills and tendencies where I need them most.
Would definitely recommend to anybody on the fence about hiring personal training, it’s been very much worth it for me!

Matt is exactly what I was looking for from a boxing trainer. His lessons are practical and applicable. He uses a variety of training exercises to help me gain the overall skill I’m looking for. He’s also patient and good at explaining techniques and when you’d use them. Even after my first lesson I felt like I’d improved. I can’t recommend him highly enough!

Matt doesn’t just come in to do his job and get out. He actually cares about everyone he’s help and wants them to do the best they can. He’s take time outside of practice to analyze and help his fighters through research , videos, etc.
He gives it 100% when he’s working with me on mitts and constantly finding new ways to help me improve.
He tailors sessions to each individual whether that be head movement, different bag drills, specialized mitt drills etc. He puts time into finding what works best for each person.
I couldn’t recommend Matt more!
