Introduction: Hi! Thanks for viewing my profile. As a former professional ballet dancer and ISSA Certified Personal Trainer, I understand how different everyone's bodies are. My mission is to create affordable, fully personalized plans that are tailored to you and your goals. I operate in Downtown Cincinnati from about 7AM-12PM & 4PM-7PM on Monday through Friday and 10AM-6PM on Saturday. My goal is to provide quality training without breaking the bank. Pricing is built on a weekly, adaptable model. The price per workout lowers the more a client comes in during that given week. This allows the client the option to be flexible with their schedule while promoting more frequent training sessions. All sessions are 1 hour. Client’s card will be saved on file and will be billed at the end of the week. 1 a week = $45 per session 2 a week = $40 per session 3 a week = $35 per session 4 a week = $30 per session I also offer stretch sessions, group sessions, and nutrition consultations. Michael has been an amazing guide to me starting my fitness journey. My evaluation was very informative, and I felt very comfortable discussing various goals and health concerns with him.   • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    Single workout sessions are $40, but by committing to a monthly plan, you're able to save. Twice a week brings it down to $30 per workout, three times is $27, and four times is $25.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    I always offer free fitness evaluations where we are able to discuss goals and past experience. It also gives us a chance to run a few tests and find where your starting point may be. From there, I usually recommend that we schedule a single session where I am able to give you a full one hour workout, but if you decide to commit, it can count as the first workout of your monthly bundle.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I am an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer and former professional ballet dancer with Charlotte Ballet and Cincinnati Ballet. I am currently furthering my education by completing courses in nutrition, strength & conditioning, group fitness, corrective exercise, and yoga.
