- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Persist Fitness offers a variety of monthly packages and group classes to fit your individual needs. We also have options for remote coaching. Sarah is happy to speak with you for a complimentary 20 minute phone or face to face consult to determine what would best suit your lifestyle and help you reach your fitness goals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Initially, all new clients are extended a complimentary 20 minute face to face or phone consult. It is an opportunity for Sarah and the client to meet each other in a casual setting and determine whether it will be a good fit. Each Persist Fitness client goes through our Signature Assessment. It is our opportunity to learn where you’ve been, where you are and where you would like to be in terms of your health and fitness. We listen to your goals and history as well as discuss any health related concerns from your completed Medical History and Activity Form. Contract and liability waivers are completed as well as logging the following baseline measurements: resting heart rate, postural analysis, body circumference, weight, Rate of Perceived Exertion, before photos and flexibility. This meeting establishes a clear understanding of your health goals, ideal tasks and springboard for your program design. Follow up includes correspondence with other members of your healthy living team, as needed, digital goal sheet and resource suggestions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Sarah Buckley is owner and coach at Persist Fitness. She is a certified strength and conditioning specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Sarah has been working in the field for over 5 years. Sarah also holds a variety of functional training certifications from the Institute of Human Performance. She is CPR/AED and First Aid certified.
