FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing will be explained during our initial assessment, which is completely FREE. The assessment will consist of a basic physical strength and endurance test, BMI and Body Fat % test, circumference test (optional), questionnaire, and a health and financial consult.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Since becoming a Personal Trainer in February 2013, I have done many things to make sure I am staying current on fitness education. I attended SCW Fitness Mania in Atlanta, GA in July 2013 to participate in a weekend workshop that included many cutting-edge fitness programs, including TRX, TriggerPoint Foam rolling, and Kettlebell amongst others. TRX will be highly used in our workouts. I have a Triggerpoint foam roller that we will be able to use before and/or after workouts to aid in muscle flexibility and recovery. Adding to my equipment inventory, I have a 15-pound Kettlebell that is wonderful for various types of functional movements, a plyo-step for cardiovascular endurance training, and a Slam-ball that is great for working out the explosive, Type-2 muscle fibers that will ultimately provide muscle tone to your body's physique. I have also been trained as a Certified Pro Rescuer on multiple occasions and am currently CPR certified. As I continue in the personal training profession, while having a passion for fitness, I will constantly pursue opportunities that allow me to enhance my knowledge of health to improve your level of fitness.
