Introduction: I am passionate about fitness, nutrition, and working with people of all ages, body types, and learning styles. My background is in public education and I have worked with all ages from PK-12 to adults for over 10 years. I love teaching people new skills to help them better themselves and watch them grow to become passionate about bettering others as well. Nutrition is a key focus of my fitness and health coaching that I do with clients whether it’s in-person or online. I teach your how to track your macros but also develop a healthier relationship with food overall. My fitness journey began with nothing but cardio but I learned over time I wasn't getting the results I wanted. So I started lifting, focused on my nutrition, and I can't get enough of it! I enjoy sharing that passion with my clients and coaching them through their fitness journey through in-person training sessions or online. I strive to get to know each and every client that I have along with what their personal goals are as well for their fitness and nutrition journey. Improving your health is a lifelong process but I can gaurantee you once you start, you won't want to stop! I look forward to working with you and getting to know you and what your fitness goals and nutrition goals are. Tara is an exceptional personal trainer. She is very knowledgeable on many different types of exercises that help you work towards the results you desire. It never feels repetitious and never gets boring. She also cares to know about prior injuries or limitations you may have so you get the best workout designed for your abilities without putting you at risk. Tara takes the time to show you how to correctly do the exercises to ensure you are working out the correct muscles as well as having the correct form while executing the moves. She is very encouraging as well as acknowledging when you are pushing yourself and not just being lazy. However, she is also very understanding and adaptable if you are honest about not being able to do something you aren’t ready for quiet yet. She never belittles or pushes you to do a workout you aren’t comfortable with. Tara is also very flexible when it comes to scheduling workouts as well as sudden changes that may come up that affect the schedule. Her rates are very reasonable and you get the most bang for your buck. Instead of just solely focusing on workouts she also encourages you to stretch to avoid injury and stiffness. Tara takes the time to let you get water and stretch before resuming your session. She also makes it her priority to ensure you are eating well to accommodate the changes your body will start to experience as you workout. Lastly Tara is very personable and doesn’t just act as a personal trainer. She takes the time to get to know each of her clients. I would highly recommend her as a personal trainer if you are looking for a lifestyle change.

Tara is an exceptional trainer. Every meet up I always thank her for the awesome work out. She really listens to your health concerns and caters to your personal needs. I am beginning my fitness journey and she is sensitive to that showing me scaled down versions and how to build the muscle for success in my goals. Her knowledge of fitness and nutrition is that of a woman who knows her stuff through thorough research. I look forward every week for our gym sessions and crushing these goals! I've been working with Tara for almost five months now and I've seen amazing results. I've used personal trainers before, but Tara has some truly unique workouts and knowledge to offer- way more than what you would get going somewhere else. She knows how to cater to your individual needs, switch things up when you need to, and figure out how to meet your goals. She has helped me eat better, work smarter, and be more motivated. Workouts are fun and energetic. I even look forward to getting up early to go to the gym. Definitely hire her- you won't regret it!
