If you are looking for a personal trainer who listens and who will assist you in setting and reaching your fitness goals, I highly recommend Ty Wess. I participated in two online challenges. Ty provided clear and concise video instructions. He assisted in modifying exercises I found challenging. He also encouraged me, especially when I wanted to skip days. The BIG bonus for me is that my tennis game got stronger. Hire Ty, you'll be glad you did.

I participated in the 100 squats, sit ups and push up month challenges with Ty. He has completely crushed it. The challenges were difficult but doable. They kept me on my fitness game everyday and Ty has been SO HELPFUL. Always there for questions, always there with tips, and motivated me throughout the whole month to keep going. 100/10 fitness experience!

FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?A complementary fitness assessment is scheduled, we discuss your goals and any background information I should be aware of, then we do a mini session to see where you are at physically. This can be scheduled through zoom or in person. After that training begins!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?NASM/NCCA Certified Personal Trainer, Red Cross First Aid/AED/CPR
- How did you get started doing this type of work?In 2016, I found out I was pre-diabetic. However, I couldn’t care less. I figured it would go away on its own. I was not taking care of my body like I should have. I neglected to take care of my health and wellness. Yeah, I was working out a lot and I thought that’d would make up for my unhealthy diet. I eating awful and watching what I was using to fuel my body. Fast forward to two years… having my new endocrinologist telling it to me straight. Telling me that I’d have serious health problems and end up with Type 2 Diabetes if I didn’t change my lifestyle. It was a wake up call. I decided to pay attention to what I was putting into my body, I continued to workout but more on a serious level. I took care of my mental heath and took the negative energies and vibes out of my life. And more importantly I learned how to practice good self care for myself. In February of 2020, I found out I was no longer pre-diabetic, and to this day my blood levels are where it should be. Hard work does pay off and you have to trust the process. You may not see the results right away, it takes time but good things will come if you put in the work. Success will follow. I found my passion for helping other achieve their goals and create a healthy life style, I felt inspired and motivated to help change peoples’ lives because fitness/wellness changed mine.
