Introduction: Xiaoming Zhu has dedicated his piano career since 3 and a half years old. At the age of 12, he entered Sichuan Conservatory of Music in China (the biggest music conservatory worldwide) for his professional piano training. At the age of 18, he entered a piano performance program in Cincinnati Conservatory of Music with full scholarship (ranked as one of the top 5 music schools nationwide), and pursued two Bachelor degrees in Piano Performance and Music Education and a Master degree in Piano Performance. Mr. Zhu is a gifted and highly accomplished pianist, and a winner of international and national piano competitions. Zhu's achievements in the Missouri Southern International Piano Competition and the German Ettlingen International Piano Competition are of major significance. Both have been recognized as major piano competitions, and just being accepted into either is an honor in itself. Mr. Zhu has participated many high-status national competitions and important music festivals in mainland China, Hong Kong, Canada and the United States, and received numerous national awards, as well as publications in professional and major media. Mr. Zhu has published a CD in Canada in 1998, and his concert, "Autumn of the Nation", has been broadcasted by Sichuan Broadcasting and Television Station to a province with population of more than 100,000,000 people and also nationwide in 1999. Zhu has also received many encouraging commendations from prestigious art associations after the festival and publications. Among all the most important ones are from New York Philharmonic and Ohio Music Teachers National Association. Zhu's excellent music qualifications have been well-recognized by Associate Conduct of New York Philharmonic, Xian Zhang. Zhang recognized Zhu as "an artist and great pianist of incredible ability and has arisen to the top of his field". She described Zhu's performance technique is "superb and artistry impeccable, and his play is mature and deeply". Mr. Zhu has worked with Cincinnati Children's Choir for 2 years and has dedicated himself in piano teaching since 2004. He has over 20 piano students, with abundant teaching experiences, from Suzuki to traditional to adult. His students have joined in competitions and festivals, and made great success.
