Barb and Garret at PMI are amazing! They are always on it! As a property owner that lives out of state I can always ount on them to take care of everything and keep me updated as things are resovled. I have to say that hiring PMI to manage my rental was the best thing I ever did!

Stay away from Barb Hebenstreit. She is a liar and a thief. I'm not the only one she stole from. Look her up on the Hamilton County clerk of courts and you will see how many judgments there are against her.

Barb Hebenstriet & PMI property management had been managing our rental property for a year with no major problems. However during the second year communication with PMI dwindled from a one to two day response to weeks going by before hearing back from them. Until one day they took their website down and changed their number without informing us. Now, we have 2 rent checks missing, (luckily we contacted our tenant and he initiated a stop payment for one check) with no way to contact them and are currently seeking legal advice. BEWARE!!
