Michelle and her company developed a business to business website for our company in Cincinnati Ohio. We are a $40,000,000 company servicing and distributing parts for commercial cooking and refrigeration equipment. It informs our customers all about our company, and allows our customers to research their own parts needs through online manuals, and to place the orders online. It is a huge improvement over our original website. It appears very professional and has not presented any problems for us. The job was completed on time. Webfeat is currently working on a search engine optimization project for us. I was so happy with the work they performed that I have contracted them to design and host a website for another company that I own.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our staff is constantly involved in ongoing training. It is what we LOVE. I am personally a life long student at the University of Cincinnati and just completed my MBA! Our staff has acquired and is acquiring several marketing certifications from Google, woorank, HubSpot and more.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started the company over 18 years ago. At that time I was selling commercial printing and was afraid that companies would begin to put their catalogs on their websites. And... I was right!!
