I can't give a review good enough to do justice to Kanako! I was so pleased with the music at my wedding and working with her felt like working with a friend! Super professional, caring and an amazing violinist! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!

As the parent of the groom, and who booked the ceremony music, i felt that the music for our wedding was wonderful... I never got a chance to meet either of you,(our event planner handled all the vendors) but wanted you both to know how lovely the music was. Thank you both for your professionalism and talent...it was enjoyed by all. Sally Hiudt (mother of the groom)

Allie was amazing! She made our wedding day. I felt like I had hired a professional star to sing “our song.” Perfect. Dave and Julie, Virginia

I hired Bob for my dad's surprise 60th Birthday Party. He played outside on the back deck and was absolutely fantastic! He showed up on time, setup his own sound system and got the party going right away. I gave very little direction on what to play (mostly said Springsteen and Rolling Stones and anything 50-65 year olds would enjoy), but he knocked it out of the park. Everyone had such a great time dancing and celebrating. If you love live music, a good party and all the classics (and who doesn't?!), I would highly recommend Bob for your next event! (the photo I attached isn't great quality, but it's the only one I got of just him... in all the others he was hidden because everyone was dancing in front of him!)

The Chuck Taylors absolutely made our wedding! From our first interaction, Greg was easy to work with and helped keep things running smoothly at the reception. Plus the band kept the dance floor packed all night long. I would highly recommend them for any wedding or event.

Matt Gill was really easy to work with! He was very responsive to messages and following up. He was able to text, email and schedule phone calls at my convenience. As a bride trying to find time to fit everything it, this was SO helpful. Matt was also able to attend our rehearsal and play all of the songs we asked him to play! He was wonderful and our ceremony sounded beautiful. He came early and played music while our guests were being seated as well. Everyone enjoyed his music and complimented how beautiful the guitar sounded with the rest of our ceremony! He was a great choice for our wedding at Pattison Lodge.

We asked Matt W. and his band to play our wedding reception this past August. It couldn't have gone better. Matt was responsive to my emails, arrived on-time, and set up with no issues. I hadn't expected country music to get people dancing as much as it did, but he kept the dance floor packed for four straight hours. They put on an awesome show for us. Thank you again, Matt!

David Albertz has a wonderful way of pulling everything together to create amazing experiences for guests and clients alike. I've worked with him on several occasions working weddings. As a wedding photographer, I'm often left out of the loop and having to keep on my toes to track what the DJ is doing and keep up with the events. David does a wonderful job of coordinating timing in the midst of it all with an upbeat, kind attitude. But more than that, he truly does have a talent when it comes to all things music. I've also had the pleasure of seeing him perform musically both solo and in groups, and it's clear that his talent lies not just in one vein of music, but across the board whether it be performance, teaching, or event-leading. I'd quickly recommend him (and I do often) to anyone looking for musical help!

Chloe and her team at Live the Life Events are absolutely spectacular! We worked with them for our wedding back in July and she did an amazing job! They blew us away with the design and set up, along with how helpful Chloe was with helping us pick our vendors to our location! I cannot wait to work with her again in our future events with our children and work related projects! Thank you! Jesse & Elizabeth

        About

The No Name Band is a local Cincinnati classic rock band that has been together for four years; it is a good one, loud and fun! We are comprised of 2 guitars, bass, drums and a new addition that unfortunately, does not yet appear on the website, keyboards (Dan Henning), with three of us also being vocalists. We are all former full-time professional musicians, now with successful business careers but found ourselves a few years ago, missing our music. So, we've decided to get together and form the No Name Band with the desire to work with energetic groups and charity non-profit fund raisers like you. You can see from our website that we only play about 8-10 outdoor events per year and are able to provide our own equipment. We are a lively band with a lot of energy and fun, with a great big sound. Our song list ranges from the '50s, '60s, '70s, '80s and '90s, from the Beatles, Santana, Stones to Steely Dan and the Allman Brothers. We are well suited for events, ranging in size from 250 people to 3,000 people. It takes us approximately three hours to set up in advance of the event and one and a half hours to tear down at the end of the event. We require a covered stage due to the amount of equipment involved. Our fee structure runs from $500.00 to $1,200.00, depending on the event size, and we have donated our services for charity fundraisers. If you like good rock n roll, we're your band. Contact Mark Owens, the drummer.
