Read reviews that mention:
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My base pricing is $150 for a simple ceremony, or $350 for a full package of meeting with you in advance, helping you create your own personalized ceremony, guiding you and your wedding party through the rehearsal, and officiating your wedding. I'm willing to discuss flexibility around pricing for your specific needs and if you have extenuating circumstances.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we begin with a phone call to get to know each other a bit and decide whether I am a good fit to officiate your wedding. After we confirm the booking, if you are opting for a simple, traditional ceremony, you can let me know of any special elements you'd like integrated into it, and I will arrive punctually at your wedding site to officiate. If you are engaging in more personalization, we'll meet over Zoom or in person to walk through the details of your ceremony. We will likely email ideas back and forth and talk as needed. On the day of your rehearsal, I will be there to walk you and your wedding party through the ceremony, and of course I'll be there promptly on the day of your wedding to officiate your unique service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a minister ordained in the Presbyterian Church (USA). I earned my Bachelor of Arts at Drake University and my Master of Divinity at Western Theological Seminary.
