- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is not complicated at all. Take a look at our package offerings and if you do not find what you are looking for we can customize a package for you. We provide many services just depending on the needs of my client. Most importantly the initial consultation is free of charge. We want for our clients to be sure that they will enjoy working with us and that we are a good fit for their needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After submitting your initial event request we ask that you schedule a phone consultation so that we can get to know your needs. After your consultation, we draft a proposal & design depending upon your needs. If you decide to move forward, you will submit a deposit along with our signed contract.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My academic masters is focused on organizational development and strategy, so business wise I am well versed in project management, strategic partnership, and contract negotiations when obtaining the best vendors for an event. I have over 10 years of event experience in both weddings and conference logistics experience with added efforts in vendor acquisition which I am able to contribute when planning charitable events. I stay abreast of changes in the event industry by attending numerous seminars and conferences as well as engaging in the community and volunteering my time and talents to numerous non-profits.
