  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    My pricing is based on competitive rates in the Cincinnati area for health coaching and wellness based services that are offered one-on-one.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    We have an introductory session either in-person (depending on situation, location, Covid-19 concerns) that will be about an hour. I will listen to your challenges and we will begin to formulate a plan going forward. It will include yoga practices that can be started at home, and other health habits to begin to incorporate. After our initial session we can talk weekly, or every couple of weeks (depending on individual need and desire) to refine and adjust practices and talk through any challenges. A usual minimum investment of time and commitment for yoga therapy and health coaching is about 3 months.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I have a foundations certification to teach Yoga Therapy, and am completing the gold standard advanced certification that is 875 hours and accredited by an independent board of yoga therapists. I also have a Level-1 Certification from Precision Nutrition.
