They were a pleasure to work with from day 1 and were helpful whenever we had questions about what we needed to get to stock the bar. Very nice people. Would highly recommend to anyone in need of a bartender.Sep 10, 2017Verified
Before I say anything else, I'd like to extend a huge thank you to Lenore and Vincent for helping make our wedding reception a complete success. We hired Le'Vinz to bartend our wedding reception and the entire process from initial contact to the event itself was seamless. Lenore ensures that all of the details are covered prior to the event. She helps with your drink and supplies list and provides a tool to help calculate the required amount of alcohol for your event. Our reception had over 170 guests and we had the perfect amount of alcohol required with a little left over. The service at the event was the icing on the cake. I can't tell you how many people complemented the friendliness and service of Lenore and Vincent. If you're looking for great service and peace of mind for your event, I would highly recommend hiring Le'Vinz. They take the extra effort to ensure every detail is covered so that you and your guests don't have to worry about a thing. Thanks again for helping make our wedding reception a memorable experience for all of our guests, it means a lot to us, - Michael & Holly (9-9-16)Sep 22, 2016Verified
I had the pleasure of attending a private event bartended by LeVinz. Im not your typical bar patron so when i heard there would be an open bar I was slightly skeptical. Upon arriving I was pleasantly surprised, the atmosphere was intimate and the cozy. The bartender was friendly without being showy and didnt steal any attention away from the main guests. Not being well-versed on drinks i was unsure of what to order so i was quizzed by the bartender on duty Lenore as to what i liked after answering a few qustions she mixed up a drink that satsified my palate in a delightful way! I was so Impressed by that initial engagment ive since booked Le'Vinz for some small events of my own. This service is awesome, you will not be disapponited!Mar 10, 2014Verified
I had a busy day, hectic day so it was such a relief to have a bartender like Lenore! She definitely took all the worry out of making sure everyone enjoyed themselves and relaxed! She is so friendly, professional and accommodating that I didn't need to worry about anything! I don't even know what that personalized concoction was that she created for me, but it was delicious! Thanks Lenore, I will use you again in a heartbeat!Jan 19, 2015Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? The pricing system is not complicated at all. We charge a flat per hour rate. The hourly rate varies depending on the following: Distance to travel, time for set up and clean up, whether the venue has a bar or we have to bring a portable, number of guests, what is being served (example: beer & wine service MAY be slightly less than service that includes mixed drinks), and whether or not we are allowed to display a tip jar. Allowing a tip jar is not a part of the hosts' payment, but a way for the guests to show their appreciation for the service that we are providing them.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? After reviewing the request, a quote is submitted along with general information regarding our service. Once the potential client has viewed our profile and makes additional contact, we set up a meeting to discuss the needs for the event, draw up a contract, provide guides for purchasing, answer any questions, review procedure, and take a deposit with the signed contract.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?As stated above, I did attend Professional Bartending Schools of America and received 40 hours of classroom training. I also use the internet to keep up with what is current. I am a member of several sites that have new information, videos, tips on throwing parties, and more. I also read up on the latest trends and try to make them my own. Regular practice at home, and on friends and family keeps me open to ideas as well.
