- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Price is based per person for catering. Personal chef service is a flat rate for a fixed number of meals. A 25% deposit is required upon signing the contract.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I find out the clients needs by consultation at my office at the Cleveland Culinary Launch and Kitchen. I also provide a tasting.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 20 years of cooking experience. I an currently completing my degree in Culinary Arts Hospitality Management.
