      Ganley Subaru Car Show was a fun event! We were fortunate to be one of the food vendors, with several merchant vendors and beautiful antique and remodeled cars. Thanks Sara and Ganley for having us! The visit by Stepie Miocic (UFC) Ultimate Fighting Champion was a nice surprise and many of the attendees were excited to see him as a judge.

    Fired-Up Catering is unique! Our mobile stone oven, is a kitchen on wheels. We bring it right to your location, parking in your backyard, driveway, corporate lot, park setting, community center or any venue with lot space to place the mobile kitchen. It is like a food truck but more intimate. The food is served "hot" out of the oven and can be served indoors or outdoors. The menu is a full catering menu with an emphasis on roasted meats and vegetables along with wood fired pizza. A full service staff is available for formal or informal events. We are in our seventh year of catering and expanded to two wood fired ovens, serving the Northeastern Ohio area from Vermillion to the east and west side of Cleveland and north to Geneva, Oh. My experience is service oriented. I enjoy meeting people at the various events that I cater. There is nothing better than seeing guests enjoy the service that you are providing. It is a fun and happy environment!

      • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
        My pricing includes my oven set-up, employee and food costs and all taxes. There are a lot of pre and post labor cost included in the cost of a catered event. I do not include gratuity in my pricing and let my customers decide as an option.
      • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
        When a customer calls or emails, I like to make contact immediately. I know customers are trying to gather facts about potential options for their events. They do not like waiting days for that information. I prefer to talk by phone just because it is easier to gather the specific facts and it helps with building a relationship with my customers.
      • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
        The local Board of Health requires all food vendors to take food safety classes. Also, there is a Pizza Expo in Las Vegas every year that provides the newest information for pizza businesses. It is a fun event to attend to learn all about the latest pizza developments.
