Brian worked with me from day one to create a menu that would be special for our party. I had ideas in mind of what I wanted to do and he made it all happen and went above and beyond to make everything amazing. Everyone LOVED the food and couldn't stop raving about how delicious it was! Seriously every flavor was amazing and it was a delight to see how happy everyone was. And my adorable 89-year-old grandma was so surprised, honored and overwhelming happy that she was able to try each and every thing! You hit this one out of the park and I can't thank you enough! I had a dinner function in my home for 15 people. It was a last minute thing and I was in a pinch. I asked for Appetizers and entrees buffet style to be dropped off. Brian dropped my food and even stayed to assemble the Crostini so they would not be soggy for the event. He gave me simple instructions on how to keep the food warm and best way to serve. Party ended up starting a bit later than expected but the food kept well per instructions and was wonderful. The favorites were the Pork Sliders app. The beef brisket entree was superb. Tender and so full of flavor. Another bid hit was the scallop potatoes. Probably the best I have ever had. Truly a great experience. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Prices are based on menu and what labor is needed for each event catered. Drop off services are available. Delivery fees depend on location and nature of delivery. EG: if it includes set up.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I recently became a certified health coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. We work along side the best Chefs in the world several times a year to learn new techniques.
