- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We customize every experience and therefore do not have a standard pricing system however we have created menu options to help guide undecided customer. These also give a general price point.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we like to get to know a new customer and get details about the event so we can tailor our suggestions to best meet their needs. We will work through what the customer's absolute must haves and must nots. After gathering the necessary information we'll make suggestions and then continue to process with the client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from Pittsburgh Institute of Culinary Arts in 1996 after which I worked with a couple of top chefs in Cleveland. In 1998 I opened my own restaurant. After selling my restaurant in 2011 I began the catering and food truck adventure.
