I have nothing but positive things to say about Martin. He was extremely professional from start to finish. He communicated his ETA perfectly and actually arrived a little bit earlier than scheduled which was perfect for me. I wanted to do something nice for my grandmother and have her carpets cleaned. Her carpet has NEVER been cleaned. (She's been living in that home for 40+ years). I was blown away when I saw her carpets after he was finished cleaning them; it looked brand new. No lie. I would definitely 100% recommend Martin to anyone who needs their carpets cleaned.

Martin was on time, driving from Berea to Elyria. He was friendly and professional. He wore booties on his shoes to keep the floor clean. My carpet looks great!

Martin is a very pleasant, hard-working fellow who arrived with an assistant on time and worked steadily to complete an ambitious window-cleaning job (large older house with 60 divided-pane windows, storms and screens) in about 5 hours. When I asked him to go over several windows that appeared streaked he did so happily and thoroughly. However, after he left I did notice several 2nd-storey windows that had not been properly cleaned. Not a big deal - particularly in light of the extremely reasonable price for the job (under $300.), which was far below what others on this site estimated. I would use Martin again and be a little more diligent in supervising him. His manner is professional and he's easy to work with.

The windows were very old and upon accepting the job I explained to Mr. Charles that some windows were impossible to clean due to old age.The home was built in 1938 so the home agreed that all we could do is do the best that we could do due to the age of the windows.I enjoyed the opportunity that Mr. Charles gave me thanks.

Hired Martin and his assistant for 4 hours to move office furniture in our church. He arrived early, worked hard the entire time and was always looking for "the next thing to do". Planning to hire him again in a few weeks. Also, great communication right from the start.

Words cannot describe how grateful we are for Martin! We ran into some trouble with moving into our new apartment and he with his assistant (sorry, hon, I forgot your name) were able to come by within a couple hours of first requesting help here on Thumbtack and help us move the more heavier pieces. To say the least, those guys were a lifesaver. He also had very reasonable rates, but we had no problem paying extra simply because it was a miracle to be able to find great help for such short notice. You will be very pleased with this gentleman's work. God bless you, Martin!!

I have a standard pricing list and jobs are not priced any different than my price list.

I go out look at the job and price the job based off the work that is gonna be needed. I have a price list that I go by.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm taking classes to keep up on health based cleans.These cleans are what the hospitals require.Certified core 4 cleaner. Mandatory by OSHA.
