I have a new and up to date computer, Windows 8. A lot of things are new and different from what I have been used to for years. A strange error message started to come up on the anniversary of my purchase of the computer. In addition I was told that I needed to renew various office applications. This proved to be virtually impossible because the MIcrosoft technician who set things up originally did not use my email address as the user name. The machinations were massive and endlessly unsuccessful. Then I asked Brian to look at it. In 15 minutes all was well including showing me how to deal with Microsoft. Outstanding work in extraordinarily efficient time frame. I was completely satisfied.

I dropped my phone and not only did the screen crack into many pieces, but the computer part would not work. I could not press anything correctly on it and could not get contacts or make calls. Gave it to Brian to fix and the screen looks brand new and I have typed this review on it. It is again a working phone! Everything works again! He also did this repair in a very timely manner. I had it back the next day!
