- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?To obtain as much detail about the issue that I can from the customer. the specific issue going on with the device. The Make and Model, what OS is the machine running, and how old the machine is. Once I have that information, I will give a breakdown of the possible issues, and the cost to resolve.
