- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I typically run a diagnostic to pinpoint the issue first. After figuring out the issue I inform the customer and then fix the issue or order the parts necessary and then fix the issue. Afterwards I inform the customer that the issue was fixed!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I trained as an apprentice at a tech company to be sure I could do good quality work!
