- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Everything is based on labor and materials. There are no hidden fees or service charges.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
An in home walk through. A conversation about scope of work, budget, time frame. A formal estimate/ bid. After that is accepted, a deposit check and installment payments. I will always leave the client enough money for retention.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended the Cleveland institute of Art and while there my focus was on painting and later graphic design. But my real education has been in the hands on ,day in and day out grind of working in this industry for almost twenty years.
