- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is flexible and dependent on the client and the nature of the dispute.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At the initial consultation, I will meet with the clients to learn about the dispute for which they are seeking representation. If the client wishes to retain our firm, we will enter a representation agreement outlining the scope of the representation and fee arrangement.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Born and raised in northeast Ohio. Attended Case Western Reserve School of Law. I have been a trial lawyer for the last 20 years, appearing in courts throughout Ohio.
