It was a difficult job to spray paint a ceiling with pipes and ductwork in the way. It came out great.
We contracted Carey to paint our basement and remove some old tile. There was a lot of damage to our walls from moisture leaking so he scraped off all the old bubbled paint. When he was completed, the basement was unrecognizable. The walls and the floor were painted beautifully. Everything was edged perfectly and looked very professional. Carey was very reliable and worked hard the entire time he was here. When we purchase our new house, we will definitely be calling Carey to update the painting.
Tim installed drywall in a garage with vaulted ceilings. He went well beyond the call of duty by fixing numerous pre-existing scrapes and gouges on the walls. He also painted the entire interior. He did a great job, under difficult circumstances (weather). Tim clearly takes pride in his work. I will definitely be using Tim again in the future.
This was a big project. We live in a ranch house with cathedral ceilings in living room. We contracted for painting of: Ceilings in LR, DR, kitchen, hallway to guest room, hallway going downstairs. Walls painted were LR, both hallways and kitchen. Not the DR because wallpapered. Wallpaper in kitchen below the chair rail was removed too and a border in the LR. Also, 11 doors were painted, the side shown, not inside. He also patched a hole in the front steel door and painted that and the wood around the garage and front threshold at No Charge. However, the wood trim will most likely need to be redone next Summer properly; sanding first then painted, but for the quick coverup was good. He buys his paint from Sherwin Williams at contractor pricing at $40 a can and we had to pay $494 in materials. I asked for all left over paint and a drop cloth that we paid for. I also asked for the receipts too. They started on a Tuesday and concluded by Thursday afternoon which pleasantly surprised us. Our last professional job was done in a week but they were much slower. In our last professional paint job, we bought Behr paint at Home Depot, 5 gallons of the same color. No ceilings were done then. I think that paint bought 12 years ago was $89? Mike likes Sherwin Williams and I'm glad they are a Cleveland company, but we'll see how it stands up in the next 10 years. We are a Behr paint family. The finish of the paint is supposed to be washable but it feels more flat but it isn't. We have two messy English Springers too. Always wear and tear in the home. We did have a choice to use Behr as well but went with his professional recommendation. The paint job was excellent and the reason I gave a 4 star versus 5 was because from the clean up sanding dust from patching nail holes and other larger holes. I had to clean all the chair rails and baseboards and little flicks of paint all over the wood floors and other floors. Just flicked them off with my nail. I just had carpets cleaned before they came and his helpers would walk over the hallway carpet without a runner on the carpet. I was freaking out a little and had to ask them to put down a drop cloth. They moved a curio cabinet, again not Mike, but his helper, and it got gouged on the bottom. I will do the touch up myself with stain. The paint on the ceilings, the walls and the doors were excellent. Mike caulked the window he painted too. So overall, it would be 4-1/2 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ if that was an available choice. I would hire again.
I am 68 years old and have hired many contractors in my time and i must say that Paint Masters were the best i have ever dealed with. I am a stickler and a former tradesman myself so i am not exactly easy to please. These guys did everything expected and then some. The price was about half of the other quotes i received. They did the best top quality work, and even repaired some large holes in my drywall for free! I would reccommend these guys to anyone, in fact i am hiring them to refinish my wood floors next month. 5 Stars for Dennis and his crew!
Andrew worked on multiple projects for us on our Cleveland Heights residence: fascia/soffit repair, patio door installation, deck demolition & construction. Andrew provided regular & timely feedback on all stages of the project from providing proof of insurance, to providing references, and from pulling permits, to actual construction. His timeline estimates were accurate and his costs were competitive. The quality of his work is exceptional and he was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend him.
Really great husband and wife team gets the job done well on schedule and for a unbeatable price. Once I received the quote I thought the price was too good to be true and they must cut corners or use inferior paint but that was not the case. They painted my entire 1st floor a very different color than was there originally and their work was extremely clean and professional. I plan to have them paint my basement laundry room and garage next.
Meeks Residential repaired my garage door, finished my basement, remodeled my half-bath and painted my first floor over the course of 2 years. Fantastic contractor. I obviously trust his work enough to call him anytime I need anything. Price is more than fair and work is perfect.
We utilized Garage Faction to install a metallic epoxy floor on a commercial project we were working on. Bryan and his team were prompt and professional and addressed our concerns that the existing concrete was in poor condition. The end product was amazing and we will definitely utilize this company again if the need arises.
