- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Lessons in your home: $40/Hr Lessons in my home (Cleve/Slavic Village): $30/Hr Lessons by Skype $30/Hr (I take credit cards) I give weekly lessons with a no cancellation policy except for the major Holidays. I reserve that time for the student so the student is responsible for showing up for the lesson. Because of the nature of the business, traveling to the students homes, I rarely can give a make up lesson.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I find out what level the student is at including songs technical exercises reading etc. I find out which songs and which artists the student is interested in and then we start working on that. Plus I show some basic technical exercises to speed up the learning process. I go in the direction the student is interested in.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied my bachelor and Master of Music at the Cleveland Institute of Music and at UNAM in Mexico City. I'm always studying new guitar styles, songs, teaching techniques, songwriting and studying recording arts.
