We moved into our home a few months ago and have several small projects on the horizon. To start, we needed a few old light fixtures swapped out for ceiling fans with lights. Ramone was quick to respond to my quote request and gave us a fair, straightforward estimate. He was happy to work around our schedules, put up with our barking dogs and old electrical wiring, and installed the fans quickly yet with high quality. The Maintenance Man removed the exhaust fan. Inserted something that looked like a top into the hole that contained duct work in the kitchen wall. Sloppily covered the hole with ready-mix concrete patch. He mentioned that you can sand the concrete patch. He did not cover work area and debris from the wall fell onto my stove. The material and supplies were not included in the fee.

Thank you for your attempt to take down this review and add a new one because of the original request being to remove the exhaust fan only and patching a hole not included. I’m glad I was able to come back and sand and mud the patch for your painter and give you a full refund.
