- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Since every property is different, we want to make sure we provide our customers with a fair and accurate price so we offer a free estimate. So generally $2.50 square foot for natural hardwood refinishing and that includes 3 coats of polyurethane. $3.00 a square food for stains which includes the stain and 2 coats of polyurethane. We accept Cash, CashApp, and Check
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After the estimate we set up the best time to do the work, payment is due once the job is completed.
