I was contacted by an employee and was eventually put in contact with the owner Gil. Airguard is hands down the most professional and honest company I have done business with in the Cleveland Hts, OH area. The estimate was free and the no pressure quote was reasonable. A great find here on Thumbtack for sure!!

Steve was prompt and courteous. He checked out everything thoroughly and explained in detail what we were looking at and our options. We appreciated his knowledge of the situation and the process if we were to purchase the property. He was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. We have recommended their services to a couple of people already.

Gil did a good job assessing problem areas in a new home that I was purchasing. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. The reason I give 4 stars and not 5 is because when I called to book the mold inspection I specified that I wanted testing done on the entire home that would be sent to the lab and I was quoted a specific price for that and then when Gil arrived he gave a VERY different price because he stated the price she gave me was for one area not the whole home. But then he assured me that the lab testing wasn't needed and pointed out problem areas to me. I was satisfied with his assessment although I ultimately did not end up having him remediate the problem. But I would use his service again if needed.

They came out to check for mold and found nothing. They were extremely honest and didn't charge me anything to inspect my home. I would highly recommend them!
