Over the past few years I have taken several yoga asana classes from Gina, as well as a few anatomy classes. So when I pulled my quadriceps playing soccer I went to Gina for help. During the first half of the session I told her about my background of old injuries (mostly spraining one ankle multiple times) leading up to my current quad pull. Gina gave me some homework exercises to strengthen my ankle. After I explained what caused my newest injury and my symptoms, she explained to me what likely happened and what I was feeling. Then she massaged my leg for 15-20 minutes to loosen muscle fibers and release the tightness in my tendon. After the 15-20 minute massage my leg felt much better physically, which I expected. But what I did not expect was that the 15-20 minute massage on my leg also relaxed the rest of my body on emotional and energetic levels. I plan to go back to work on healing my old ankle injury. But even if I did not have a specific muscle or joint to work on I would still see Gina again just for the calming effect of her massage.
Hello every one I would like to tell you about yoga classes with Chris O'Loughlin. As a beginner yoga student I have found after an average hour long class that my body feels much better then its use to feeling. I have a number of stress related issues for which I have found some relief threw yoga with Chris. Some of the things that stand out to me about his classes are that there often very small and that makes it easy for me as beginner to get the instructions and corrections I need so my poses are in the right positions and so I am getting the most out of doing yoga. I have heard of how many places have a low teacher to student ratio often one teacher to 20 or more students. I find his classes refreshing and great to experience. I highly suggest anyone interested in yoga to try his classes out he's a really nice relaxed laid back kind of guy easy to get along with and very personable. give him a try his classes are worth it.
Having done several different Yoga classes with Kristie from Basics to Warm Slow Flow at Yoga Strong, I can say that Jill and I both found her to be a fantastic, caring, positive, and experienced Yoga teacher. We also did the couples workshop, and the Spring Detox workshop too. 5 stars all the way around.

Sara is one of the best yoga instructors at the University of Akron. She always puts 100% into her classes. She is an encourager and really helps each student feel comfortable and motivated. She has a bright inner light that shines through all of her work.
I have taken yoga classes and gotten massages at PTEWC. The environment is welcoming and peaceful, the staff is friendly, and the classes and massage were both great. I would definitely recommend this center to anyone looking for yoga, massage, acupuncture etc in Cleveland.
Stephanie is a wonderful teacher. I appreciate her passion for the technique and her patience to help me learn. Most recently, I was suffering with sacroiliac pain. Stephanie was very familiar with this and taught me easy yoga stretches that soon eliminated the pain. I can easily do these everyday. Now that Stephanie lives in Ohio, we use Skype for sessions.
I have known Kelsie for about the past 5 years but not in the context of being my yoga teacher. All I can say is wow, she went above and beyond the call of the yoga teacher who tells and explains poses and maybe says an inspirational quote. She did all of this, and more, creating a warm, loving environment in class and really saw each and every one of us. Kelsie has grown in to an amazing yoga instructor, I am so proud. I know Adam would be too.
The Chakra/Energy Therapy was quite interesting. I learned so much from my very 1st session & am excited to move deeper into my next session. Our mind, our body & emotions are intricately integrated.
You can really tell Jackie has a true love for Yoga. Being a beginner I was nervous as usual. Jackie made me feel so comfortable in class and was so helpful especially with the yoga lingo I didn't know. By the end of class I am completely relaxed and my mind is at rest. I have taken random classes and never stuck to going. She's the first teacher I've had that made me want to come back time and time again. She's an outstanding teacher and I really enjoy every class of hers.
Kim is the best yoga instructor I have ever encountered. She is patient and takes her time to explain each move. Not only does she show the move prior to asking her clients to do them, she also monitors us to ensure they are done properly. Love attending her classes! Kim is very knowledgeable and experienced. Highly recommend to everyone I meet to attend her classes.
I got to Tracie for Yoga and Reiki. As a yoga teacher she is very knowledgeable and always has a new alternative for harder yoga poses. She has a gentle style, and she always urges her students to find their edge. As a Reiki healer she is very gifted. I leave my sessions very relaxed and open. I have an easier time connecting to my inner strength and have noticed that I am better able to deal with stress and overwhelm as a result of my sessions with her. I highly recommend her as a practitioner for either service.
Sarah's yoga classes are fabulous - I walk out feeling relaxed & so much better about myself. You get what you need out of each class, without having to put into words what you think that might be. She easily communicates the pose requirements, & offers modifications, easier & more challenging, for many of the poses. It doesn't matter if you are just starting on your yoga journey, or if you've been practicing for years - Sarah's is a class you don't want to miss!
Jaimee (Satyvati) is brilliant in every possible way! She is, hands down, one of the most compassionate people I know and that truly shines through as a yoga teacher. She is highly skilled at adapting yoga to make it available and inclusive for everyone. She has a deep understanding for ancient yoga philosophy and knows how to include that in a modern class. Jaimee is a master at giving her classes themes which brings about a unique element that is lacking in some classes. She makes yoga more meaningful, fun and interesting with her creativity. Jaimee is able to challenge you to push further but also make you feel safe and comfortable to not overdo it. I highly recommend her class to anyone and everyone!
