Eric did a very nice job replacing all the trim in our home. Additionally, he cased out all of our windows and doors with a very nice craftsman detail. He was available to start the job on short notice, even working late into the night to ensure the job was done prior to carpet install the next morning. Very happy with the work, and look forward to hiring him for additional projects in our home.

Eric did an amazing job in tearing out our old cabinets and installing new ones. He went above and beyond to make sure our timeline was met, even showing up when he was sick to make sure everything was finished. He's incredibly responsive and made sure we always knew what was going on with our kitchen. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again. Thanks for the great work!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Everything is based on labor and materials. There are no hidden fees or service charges.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
An in home walk through. A conversation about scope of work, budget, time frame. A formal estimate/ bid. After that is accepted, a deposit check and installment payments. I will always leave the client enough money for retention.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended the Cleveland institute of Art and while there my focus was on painting and later graphic design. But my real education has been in the hands on ,day in and day out grind of working in this industry for almost twenty years.
