What an amazing job her team did on such a short notice. My guest were amazed and wowed by the cocktails and food that what served. In your in the market for catering, I highly recommend you book.

Classic Cuisine catered our company Employee Appreciation Luncheon for 140 employees last week. Kolnita was very responsive to our initial request for a quote. She spent a considerable amount of time, over the phone, discussing options. She traveled from Cleveland to Akron to provide us with a taste testing prior to us booking Classica Cuisine for our event. She came well prepared for the luncheon, even providing us with very large warming bags for the meals for our 3rd shift employees. We've received overwhelming positive response from our employees...they loved the food and the large portions!! The food and service provided were absolutely fabulous!! We will definitely book Classica Cuisine for future events.

We hired Classic Cuisine Catering for our employee appreciation luncheon. We were impressed from beginning to the end. Kolnita's consultation was very inviting and her recommendations were helpful. When we arranged for a tasting, Kolnita arrived with a delightful sampling of our menu. We were very pleased with the flavors and pairings. The day of the event, she and her crew were very organized and helped us set up everything for event. Our employees were thoroughly impressed with the meal, complimenting each item. Chef Kolnita was absolutley amazing with her follow up and follow through. She was very thoughtful in putting together the perfect celebration menu for my daughter's birthday and was very transparent when it came to services and charges meaning no surprises.
