FAQs
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I would definitely go online and look for posted reviews. I would also ask for references. Also, if you have had a bad experience with a trainer in the past, consider trying again. All trainers are different and train their own way. Whether your personalities didn't mesh, or you didn't like the workout, you can find a trainer that meets your needs. Just interview them first to make sure you are both on the same page.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
I think there is a big misconception about all trainers being body builders or wanting to train people to make them huge. My husband and I are very fit, and enjoy working out most days of the week. And, we don't look like we just walked off the competition stage...fake tans and all! Our goal is to listen to our clients needs and tailor their workouts accordingly.
