- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing system is based on the square footage of the property in 500 square feet increments.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new client contacts me, I will ask information about the home and also if the client has ever had a home inspection. I go over what is inspected. I will then email the client an inspection agreement, so they can see in writing what is inspected prior to the on site inspection.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am required to complete 24 hours of continuing education per calendar year. In 2014, I completed over 400 hours of continuing education and the accompanying certificates.
