- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every job is different. (example) tearing off a roof requires more work if theres multiple layers on it. For an honest quote we perfer a visual inspection.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The meet and greet is very important, we want our customers to know, there dealing with profesionals that can be trusted to do the work there requsting.

We attend annual training summaries whenever or vendors release new materials
