What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Identify the issues the customer is having determine labor and parts cost if any set a price. Offer service to customer. Set date and time for computer to be picked up or delivered for repair and estimated time for return of repaired item.

US.Army training in networking and computer use. Cleveland institute of Technology Computer programming and operations. TS&A computer repair. Electronic Data Systems for networking and system support.

Doing reloading and or updating of operating systems and website development.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure that you are sure you want the work done and that the price fits your budget. And that yu want the work done soon.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Is the project or repair feasible and cost effective, Would it be less expensive to just replace the computer versus repair the computer. How long can the project take. Is the price with in budget and what is the ROI on project.
