Jeff was on time and did an awesome job installing our screen door. I highly recommend Jeff.
As a contractor by trade I expect professionalism, honesty and quality when I hire someone to work at my home.Jimmy not only met all those qualifications but surpassed them. After receiving outrageous estimates from some of the major name garage door companies Suffield garage doors was next, after meeting Jimmy he was hired before he even gave me a price (which was extremely more reasonable)Jimmy was quick, clean and kept his word on the price,no surprises.I could not be happier with my new garage doors and the quality of work and service I received.Great overall experience and 5 stars for Suffield garage doors -Matt Fela
Mike replaced an exterior door for us and was there when we needed him and did an excellent job at a great price. We will be calling him again for other projects.
Jack did a nice job replacing a broken pane of glass in my interior door. It turned out to be more expensive than I originally planned because the door was original to the house and I wanted to keep it. Also I opted for safety glass as opposed to the thin "cheap" decorative glass that was in the door. I know it turned out to be a bigger job than what we both expected but Jack did a good job and didn't upcharge me for the work. What's even better...he picked up the door and dropped it off when it was complete. He's an honest and fair business man.
Mrfixit, came 10 minutes before schedule, I appreciated that. He introduced himself, installed three sets of window blinds, and I added on to the job, having him if he could also put up curtain rods, which I did not original ask and was not in the price. Even with the extra work, he charged exactly what he told me when he answered my ad. I would recommend him to anybody.
If there were 10 stars, I would give them 20! I have never met a contractor so kind, professional, accommodating, talented, meticulous and conscientious about their work. This is an amazing family business. Customer care and service is their number one concern and what they do best, along with outstanding work. They do ANYTHING they can to please their client. I had a bathroom painted including walls, door, trim and vanity...with special effects. The job was done within two days, and I actually paid more than they quoted because it would have been insulting to PJ for everything he did, if I had only covered the quote. I am absolutely having them back to do the entire interior of our home including windows. If you need a reliable amazing contractor, I highly recommend D3 Services--their work ethic and talent far exceed expectations.
At Your Disposal LLC diagnosed an electrical problem at my home which affected my (detached) garage door opener as well as electricity in the garage. The job was done in a timely fashion and we're very pleased with Richard's work.
Rod was chosen from five bidders, all of whom were close in their estimates. Unlike the others, he initially mentioned renovation options ( both interior and exterior ) that had not been considered in the planning. No one else "thought outside the box". This was a complete renovation of a house to prepare it for sale: new flooring throughout, new padding and carpeting throughout, much repair work of damaged wood and walls, a wood-burning fireplace rehab; installation of new vanities, sinks, mirrors, med. cabinets and accessories, 5 new ceiling fans, power washing, painting shutters and repair and painting of storage shed, caulking around foundation, installation of all new interior and exterior doors. You can see that the job was all-encompassing and Rod was up to the task and did some unique repairs along the way. The only two detours included four dead electrical outlets that still need to be repaired by an electrician and the time frame ran more than 3 and 1/2 months. If you are willing to be patient, Rod will do a bang-up job for you. He would text pictures of items for my approval before he would make a purchase. He provided me with a receipt for everything that was required for the job. This was an $11,000+ investment, but the new owner is not going to have any headaches once they move in. I hope to hire Rod again for work at my own residence and would comfortably make a referral to anyone in need of his services.
I had just moved into a house and there was a problem with the lock set of my front door. Ramone was extremely patient, professional, and went above and beyond to try to mend this situation which included trying multiple sets before figuring out how to fix, and at the same time maintain the special design of the old lock set. Would certainly call him again
This was a big project. We live in a ranch house with cathedral ceilings in living room. We contracted for painting of: Ceilings in LR, DR, kitchen, hallway to guest room, hallway going downstairs. Walls painted were LR, both hallways and kitchen. Not the DR because wallpapered. Wallpaper in kitchen below the chair rail was removed too and a border in the LR. Also, 11 doors were painted, the side shown, not inside. He also patched a hole in the front steel door and painted that and the wood around the garage and front threshold at No Charge. However, the wood trim will most likely need to be redone next Summer properly; sanding first then painted, but for the quick coverup was good. He buys his paint from Sherwin Williams at contractor pricing at $40 a can and we had to pay $494 in materials. I asked for all left over paint and a drop cloth that we paid for. I also asked for the receipts too. They started on a Tuesday and concluded by Thursday afternoon which pleasantly surprised us. Our last professional job was done in a week but they were much slower. In our last professional paint job, we bought Behr paint at Home Depot, 5 gallons of the same color. No ceilings were done then. I think that paint bought 12 years ago was $89? Mike likes Sherwin Williams and I'm glad they are a Cleveland company, but we'll see how it stands up in the next 10 years. We are a Behr paint family. The finish of the paint is supposed to be washable but it feels more flat but it isn't. We have two messy English Springers too. Always wear and tear in the home. We did have a choice to use Behr as well but went with his professional recommendation. The paint job was excellent and the reason I gave a 4 star versus 5 was because from the clean up sanding dust from patching nail holes and other larger holes. I had to clean all the chair rails and baseboards and little flicks of paint all over the wood floors and other floors. Just flicked them off with my nail. I just had carpets cleaned before they came and his helpers would walk over the hallway carpet without a runner on the carpet. I was freaking out a little and had to ask them to put down a drop cloth. They moved a curio cabinet, again not Mike, but his helper, and it got gouged on the bottom. I will do the touch up myself with stain. The paint on the ceilings, the walls and the doors were excellent. Mike caulked the window he painted too. So overall, it would be 4-1/2 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ if that was an available choice. I would hire again.
Mr Decker was professional did an excellent job. Will be using him again. I recommended him to 2 of my friends. He fixed the railing and the step at back door. He replaced window and door screens. Fixed mirror in bathroom and did plumbing work. Very very happy with his work

Martin's installed our windows and new patio doors. Crew came on time was professional, quick, and neat. Price for the whole project was unbeatable for the quality of the windows and insallation. We have and will continue to recommend Martin's for any home or commercial improvements.
I used Cleveland Local Handyman a couple times and had a great experience with them. The people they sent out were very professional and friendly. We had a garage door framed out and a new exterior door put in. All the work was completed quickly and at a reasonable rate. The quality of the work was excellent and I would definitely recommend them.
Dan is puncture and polite. He replaced six window screens for me the other day. I wait for his return to get the broken window glass replaced and exterior handrail fastened.
David did an excellent job installing our front storm door and bathroom window. He was very professional and punctual upon arrival. He was also willing to give honest advice on other projects that we have around our house. We will definitely be using him again in the near future. I highly recommend.
