FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price our returns using a combination of the following factors; the amount forms used to complete the return, time, and complexity. Customers are welcome to ask for a no-obligation price estimate. “We pride ourselves on the ability to save you money on your taxes.” We mean this in the literal sense that our tax preparers have the education, experience, and knowledge that a taxpayer pays the correct amount of tax. In addition, our tax preparation fees are very competitive in the marketplace often times much lower than same returns prepared at national franchises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We recommend making an appointment. A customer should bring their last years filed returns and any questions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are unique in the fact that all of our tax preparers have earned a higher level of professionalism with credentials either as an Enrolled Agent (EA) or as an Annual Filing Season Preparer (AFSP). These credentials require several hours of continuing education each year in order to maintain licensure. Our company culture embraces continuous learning, education, and shared best practices because it helps us better serve our clients.
