Would like to check all 5 boxes! Having to work at home, on Monday I found my computer locked up (mouse, audio, modem not working). Trying to fix it myself only made it worse. On Tuesday he came out and quickly fixed it. I can't thank him enough for his help!

    Prices are firm and non-negotiable. The prices have been determined based on how much time and work needs to be done to resolve the issue with each problem.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    To obtain as much detail about the issue that I can from the customer. the specific issue going on with the device. The Make and Model, what OS is the machine running, and how old the machine is. Once I have that information, I will give a breakdown of the possible issues, and the cost to resolve.
