Prices are firm and non-negotiable. The prices have been determined based on how much time and work needs to be done to resolve the issue with each problem.

To obtain as much detail about the issue that I can from the customer. the specific issue going on with the device. The Make and Model, what OS is the machine running, and how old the machine is. Once I have that information, I will give a breakdown of the possible issues, and the cost to resolve.
