- What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common types of projects I work on are testimonial videos. Testimonials are a great way of show casing your company with another person promoting your services or products. We all have seen late night infomercials... this technique works and has for over 30 years and will continue to work... customers like to see what others think... we read reviews on Amazon, we read movie reviews, and we look at seller feedback on Ebay before making purchases. Take advantage of your great relationships with loyal customers and ask if they wouldn't mind being show cased in a video for you. Some videos I produce benefit both parties.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
If you are thinking about creating video content for your website and social media outlets... think about what customers want to learn about... don't just create a "advertisement" for your business. Use your videos to educate and entertain your audience. Think of content that a client may even share with a colleague or friend. This is referred as "Viral." You want your videos to be Viral... this expands your viewing audience outside of your established clientele and helps new people learn about you and your products and services... you've seen great examples of companies that do this. Such as the $1 Razor company.
