Started the job, took our money and never came back! Won’t answer our calls or texts! So now we have no driveway to park in and no sidewalk to walk on! Didn’t even do the job correctly. City said can’t pour concrete until the pre job is done right!

We booked them for brick repair on our chimney, and we were going to wait to see how that went before we made the larger investment to waterproof our basement.
Coordinating a time for them to complete the work was challenging. Response was not timely, and they wouldn’t show up the day they said they would.
They finally showed up to do the work, left shortly after and texted us that they couldn’t do the work because they didn’t have the right equipment.
They left our hose on, and we were not home. We noticed it 48 hours after they left. We have a basement waterproofing issue (hence looking to book them for both issues) and it poured water into our basement and busted our hose.
