Mimi, the lady at the front desk, was amazing. She was very responsive.. and booked one of their technicians quickly for the job. Larry, the technician who came to fix the fridge, was quite knowledgeable and explained to me the issue with the refrigerator and gave some pretty good suggestions. I found this team to be very nice and customer centric. I would hire them again in the future for my appliances or plumbing needs.

He responded on time, diagnosed the problem over the phone (saving me $75), & agreed to come in my preferred time window. Parts were inexpensive, arrived quickly, and he fixed the problem. Cleaned up some water that leaked during repair, and gave me tips on how to preserve the machine-- I'm thrilled that the motor and other parts look good. Good as new!!! So grateful!
