- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to keep my pricing as simple as possible by charging for the majority of my cases on a flat fee basis. Personal injury cases are done on a contingency basis, requiring no payment until the case settles.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In order to maintain your law license, you are required to report a minimum number of hours spent in continuing legal education. I frequently exceed the minimum requirements.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I handle primarily traffic, criminal defense, personal injury, foreclosure defense, domestic relations cases; however, I do take many other types of cases depending on my clients' needs.
